Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Andes Land Services collects when you visit this website or submit the contact form, how it is used, and how you can request its removal.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we collect:

This information is stored securely in a private database (Supabase) and forwarded by email to Andes Land Services so we can respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party beyond the email-delivery service used to send that notification (Resend).

We retain contact form submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to your enquiry, typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time — see "Contact & deletion" below.

Analytics

This site uses a lightweight, self-hosted analytics tracker. It records:

The tracker does not collect your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information. It does not use cookies. It does not fingerprint your device. Because no persistent identifier is stored, we cannot recognise you on a return visit — each visit is counted independently.

Analytics data is stored in the same private database as contact-form submissions and is accessible only to Andes Land Services. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

No third-party trackers

This site does not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking script. The Google Fonts stylesheet is loaded from Google's CDN; Google may log that request per their own privacy policy.

Contact & deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at:

We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
